Some artists/performers are looking for advance payment of their fees but I’m not sure if my event will go ahead due to Covid restrictions, what should I do?

It is recommended you enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with artists/performers which takes into consideration the possibility that an event may have to be cancelled at short notice.
