The initial terms and conditions are listed on the Festival Support Grant Application Form. However, once your idea for the festival gets approved for funding you will also need the following documents:

  • Event Management Plan – H&S for the event
  • Children Safeguarding Statement
  • Risk Assessment
  • Marketing/Promotion Plan
